Rital Ventilation System is engineered to uphold both rigorous biological safety standards for laboratory animals and researchers, while also meeting compliance requirements for safety, animal welfare, and ergonomic design. Its development involves meticulous consideration of airflow patterns, consistent air distribution, animal-level air velocities, and differential pressure dynamics. Through meticulous CFD analysis, the cage design is optimized to ensure even air distribution throughout, eliminating any potential dead zones. Moreover, the system undergoes comprehensive testing across various parameters to guarantee optimal biological safety and animal well-being. These parameters include assessments of air velocity at the animal level, sound levels, cage vibrations, detection of air leakage through silicon gaskets via smoke tests, and evaluation of smoke recovery capabilities.
